It is a giant waste of time to mow our lawns. Why don't we just grow food or plant succulents like Michael Pollan suggested? We need gas, a mower, and a weed whacker all so our kids can sit inside anyway. It's time consuming and expensive. It's pain at the pump and a pain in my pump!
